You’ll find my editorial work regularly on foodnetwork.com, where I work full-time. I also write and direct independent films, focusing on intimate dramedies told from the perspectives of women.

My recent projects include writing a narrative short, “Maneki” (dir. Brandon Okumura), which was selected for the 2022 Austin Film Festival, Asian American International Film Festival and more.

My latest short film “Golden Garden Takeout” placed as a Winner in the 2022 WeScreenplay Shorts Contest; Semifinalist in the Outstanding Screenplays Shorts Competition; Second Rounder in the Austin Film Festival Script Competition and more. The project is an official selection of the 2024 Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival, Micheaux Film Festival, and 2025 DisOrient Asian American Film Festival of Oregon.
